What days will the tournaments be played?

All Tournament Events are scheduled on Sundays. The typical event is a shotgun start (meaning every player tees off at the same time on a different hole).

What will be the cost?

The cost of each event is $55 per player. This includes range balls and $5 per player toward the season's Point Standings. You can also choose to compete in the daily prize pool that is paid out at each event in AMEX gift cards. This is optional to all players and if you choose this option, you will only compete against players from your own flight. See information about daily prize pool below.

Do I need a handicap to participate?

Anyone that is participating will be placed in a "flight". Which flight you are in will be determined by the handicap on Pickup18 or anywhere else you might have a handicap. This is why it is very important to make sure you are Posting Your Scores! Here are the flights:

                  "Premier" Flight - 0 to 5 handicap
                  "A" Flight - 6-10 handicap
                  "B" Flight - 11-16 handicap
                  "C" Flight - 17 - 22 handicap
                  "D" Flight - 23 and Up

Will there be Prizes?

Each Tour Player will have the opportunity to compete in the Daily Prize Pool. Each player will pay $44 to compete in the daily prize pool. Each flight stands on it's own and players will only compete and win money based on the number of players that choose the Daily Prize Pool in his/her flight. All Prize money will be paid out in AMEX gift cards. The advantage to this is...they can be used anywhere!

The Premier and "A" flights will play the Back or Championship tees (no course will be played longer than 6800 yards, in the event a course can't be set up at 6800 or shorter, Pickup18 may choose to move these 2 flights up one set of tees or if course/weather conditions are extreme).
